Excellent Service for a nervous patient.
This dentist is by far the best dental practice Ive ever been to. Dr Singh is extremely professional and actually spends time properly examining my teeth as well as my overall oral health, compared to other dentists who try to get you out the door as fast as possible, if you want a dentist who cares and spends time helping to keep your teeth healthy, this is the dentist practice for you
I would highly recommend this lovely, friendly dental practice from the moment I made first contact I have been very impressed with all of their services.I had experienced the very opposite elsewhere so I was a little apprehensive but I cant praise all of the staff enough they immediately make you feel welcome and at ease and everything is explained fully.I would honestly say that I have never received such amazing services thank you for all of your help.
I struggled with dental fear for many years. As all nervous patients do I reaserched dentists around the area for a long time before I had the courage to actually book an appointment. I came across Cheslyn Hay Dental and all the team looked nice. I was particulary interested to see Dr Singh, not only after reading he is good at treating nervous patients but looking at the picture on the website may times (bit like a stalker) he seemed to have a warmth in his eyes that made me think he is very calm and understanding. I wasnt wrong there, although my first appointment was a bit of a disaster thanks to my constant gagging, coughing, swallowing, shaking all exarcebated by my nerves, Dr Singh said something that made it for me really : "I will give you longer appointments to make sure you are OK and dont feel under pressure"!! I then knew that patients come first and made the effort to attend quite a few appointments after that and indeed I felt less pressure as I knew we had that extra time if needed. The team work is great, all the staff are ensuring that patients have a pleasant and positive experience, from laughing on the phone with lovely Jas from reception about my nerves, talking to Sarah about how we cope with gagging while brushing our teeth, Rebecca trying to hold my hand at an extraction, Megan always asking if I was OK, Dawn being gentle and undersanding, I am immensely grateful that we found you and that you all work so hard to make us comfortable. Thank you so much!Dr Singh: You have always acknowledged and respected my fears and offered reassurance without hesitation. You expressed genuine concern for my comfort, eliminated any unnecessary anxiety by telling me what to expect, and you let me feel in control. You have always been very calm, gentle, patient and comfortable with addressing my fears as they arise which allows me to feel more confident with expressing them openly. Your acts of kindness and compassion have really made a difference to me. You made huge efforts to put me at ease and build my confidence and that sets you apart from other dentists I have encountered. I am no longer terrified of dentists and thats thanks to your unbelievable skills, patience and ability to calm nervous patients. You are AWESOME!Thank you for everything!
Excellent family dental practice, very welcoming with a pleasant reception area, the staff were friendly and attentive. The patient-dentist relationship was superb, he was very clear in what needed to done and gave excellent advice. Very clean and well kept surgery. We would definitely recommend for adults and young family's.
